Who are we?

Meet James, Tonia, & Kari...

James & Tonia are a husband & wife Real Estate Team operating in the Evansville area. James, a native Kentuckian, moved to Evansville over 15 years ago. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southern Indiana. In 2003, James earned his Real Estate license.  In 2006, he became a Broker Associate.

Tonia, a native of Elberfeld (IN), has lived in the Evansville area her entire life.  Tonia attended Lockyear Business College.  She earned her Real Estate license in March 2005 and has been working as a team, with James, since that time.

James & Tonia have one son, Austin, born on Father’s Day 2003. We chose the Evansville area as our home and invite you to do the same. As a team, we are in the top 15% of realtors with over 800 agents, and in the top 20% Nationwide. We remain so because of our dedication to service. Now and in the future, we look forward to servicing the Evansville area!

Kari is a native of the Evansville area.  She graduated from Castle High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana.  Kari earned her Real Estate license in 2005, and become a Broker Associate in 2006.  She joined The Fritts Team in 2007.
